2004 20V - how to access the gas tank?

I'm trying to figure out how to open up the floor on this boat to access the gas tank. The center floor board starts to come up, but not easily. Is there a trick? I'm prying it up on the front side (next to the pilot seat). It wedges under the rear seat on the back.

You will need to remove the bottom part of the rear seat in order to remove the floor.
