    Bent Prop

We dog-eared the end of one blade this weekend. Not bad but afterwards there was a distinct vibration at around 24 mph. Can I fix the bent blade myself or will this require a more skilled technitian?

Definitely have it repaired by a qualified shop. If you have an ACME CNC-milled prop, you will want to contact ACME and find a shop near you that has the correct blocks to get it back to the exact shape. Otherwise, it will not perform well, and could still have some vibration.

I speak from experience. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself. Take it to a prop shop.

Call Acme and make sure that where you take it, has the right blocks, as Dingleberry said.
