10.6 Screen Replacement

I just ordered a new (or refurbished IDK) from MTC and am going to replace my failing 2018 screen. I am planning on talking to MTC regarding tips on doing this but I’m surprised that I haven’t been able to find any videos or posts regarding doing this repair. Am I about to attempt something that I shouldn’t be doing? It’s been a great boat RZX2 so far, but this season is going to require new ballast bags and a new screen. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips for removing the old one? Thank you and wish me luck

I have taken my screen out in my 2018 R23.
Un plug from the back. May need a screw driver. Then unbolt it. About to take mine out I guess and send to MtC my screen went blank.

That 10.6 screen replacement and white screen test really highlight how picky these systems are if the panel or connection is slightly off, you don’t just get glitches, you can end up with a full blank or white screen. A lot of it feels less about the physical swap and more about compatibility with the unit’s software.
