The servo is loose, does that matter? I mean you can turn it when it's not on, but when you turn the juice on it's solid

If the knob on the servo turns freely when the engine is off then the servo is not the problem. If the engine is off and the knob will not turn, the servo has seized up and you need a new one. (thats what happened to me)
