1994 tigé 2002 fslm 350 mercruiser tournament ski. Sometimes boat will not crank over at all. Accessories work but engine won’t crank. Once it does finally crank over and start then it cranks over everytime after. replaced neutral safety switch. Batteries are new. Serviced throttle lever. Not sure why it is intermittent. Any ideas would help. Thanks.

I would check the large round plug on the engine harness. Occasionally you may have to pull it apart and spread the pins out a little bit with a small screwdriver to get a better connection.
Other culprit can be the starter relay that sits on the top of the motor. Has two yellow wires with red stripes on it(smaller one comes from the ignition switch and larger goes to "S" terminal at starter solenoid.
