    Backfire at start up..

I have a 2015 R20. It just started back firing every time i start it up. It starts fine after the back fire, but an wondering what causes it and what can I do to fix.. Thanks!!

What engine in there? Backfires are one of two things: 1) incorrect timing (unlikely), or 2) stuck open intake valve. Stuck intake valves may be a byproduct of water in the cylinder through the exhaust from too much weight or several other factors. A compression test is warranted either way. Keep us posted.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...

Thanks. Engine is an Indmar 360. I'll get the compression test done and see what happens..
