    prop

have 2004 switch, 13x12 3 blade prop on there now. would a 13x13 4 blade work as a backup

Switch is a DD, correct? If so, stick with a 3 blade.

Many upgrade the prop, then retain the existing as the back up. But this depends on how the boat is used, as to which prop to go with.

ok, so you wont be looking for a low end/hole shot stump puller. Is your current prop a nibral CNC or an older stainless? Of the ACME props, a 13 x 12 would be a 515. Thats a middle of the road all around prop that can wake board, slalom or barefoot.
