    Need a skeg?

So I broke the front skeg off of my 2005 Switch Ci raising her up on my lift...DOH!

I tried a search to no avail....where can I purchase a replacement skeg for my make and model Tige?

Anyway, this happened three years ago and no noticeable issue while running since (maybe 60 hours of use) up until this past August when I started feeling a vibration upon acceleration. Into the shop she went and they say its the skeg? I say its not because I have been running it like that for three years now without any issues? Hard to discuss with a tech that's strong headed.

I also need to replace my Tach and Blower? Both inop for a few years?

    TIA,

You must have a bent prop or shaft for the vibration.

my thoughts too...a good propeller shop can also check your shaft to make sure it is straight.

          I second Elbert's.

Blowers are really easy to replace.

A dead cylinder can also cause a similar vibration.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.
