That seems like a great deal, American dollars are so much more appealing compared to Canadian. I'm assuming that it doesn't have a trailer, judging by the off size, so if your friend wants one add 5 grand. Noticed it doesn't have tower speakers as well, so add another thousand. Make sure they ask if it has the surf ballast too, the description doesn't seem to mention it.
