Rubber Key Boot Cover Thing

Hello - the rubber boot / cover that goes over the ignition key hole has split and fallen off on my 2008 22Ve - any idea what its called and where I can find a new one?

Looks like you can get an entire ignition switch assembly with the boot:

I did a couple of quick searches and did not locate the boot/cover only.
