Were the hack is oil filter located on 1999 V21??

Ok, I know this is lame, but just purchased a 1999 V21 limited and opened all hatchs and pulled side boards out and just do not see oil filter? I clearly see fuel/water separator but can not locate oil filter?

What engine, as some are remote mounted. If its not remote mounted, then its going to be on the right side of the engine as you look at the front of the engine from the back of the boat. This is also the starboard side of the boat. Its at the back of the engine, close to the transmission, down low. If its mounted remotely, there will be a housing bolted there in place of where the filter would be, with 2 hose connected to it. Fallow these hoses and you will find the filter.
