Has anyone had the problem of the walk through windshield of falling through the opening? The left side of the walk through only catches a small amount. When we hit rough water or large wakes the windshield must spread and the walk through falls through. I have to then spread the left & right windshields to get the walk through back in place. We have a 1994 2002fslm.

Adam is right. We need a picture of your boat! Post one up for us.Originally posted by AdaminMN View PostSomething TeamAllen forgot to mention...Since your new to the site, you need to post a pitucre of your boat. It's just a formality.
I did not reset the windshield. That is what my dealer suggested I do. The pictures in post #7 on the thread I linked to is my boat. I measured the gap between the two windshields and I used a solid piece of aluminum about 3/8 or 1/2 inches thick (I can't remember which) and cut it to fit. I painted it flat black to match the anodized (you could have it anodized) and pop riveted it in and it worked.Originally posted by isp5190 View PostThanks, I thought I may have to reset the windshield. Is that what you did? If so any hints.

Post up a picture of your set up. I'm not familiar with your model. On mine there are these little supports that have adjustments. Does yours have anything like that?Originally posted by kana12 View Postnot trying to rob the thread but i have alittle probolem with my windshield as well. my slip is some what shallow so i have to use straps for a lif. i always open my walk thru when i lift the boat and agter about 6 months the boat flexes bad enough to where my winshield wond close?????? any suggeestions?Mike Allen, Tigé owner since 1997

There are plastic slides you will see with the window open. Make sure those are pushed ALL the way DOWN since they apply pressure to the pins and keep the window from popping out. With age they get lose and can pop up. they're supposed to lock in place with friction and a little catch but they aren't wonderfully effective once they get a lil worn out. I tapped mine a little bit w/ a small hammer and then put JUST A DOT of glue on them. It has held so far...but I haven't tried to remove it yet so I can't say if the glue was a great idea or a terrible mstake. lolOther than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
