Boat Lethargic After 2-3 Hours, Shuts down

Hey guys, I've got a Gremlin that has haunted me for several years. My 2010 Tige 22ve with an ex343 shuts down into limp mode after several hours on the lake tubing/surfing. I can feel it get slower/lethargic and then I get the red warning on my tige screen. Temps, oil pressure, etc are all fine. I try to shut down the power and let it reboot, continues to have the same issues. I brought my boat to get it checked out last fall. The repair place cleaned the throttle position sensor and ran it for a while with no check engine warning. It has continued to have the same issues, and they do not know what else to do. I've checked/cleaned the knock sensors. Any ideas?

Probably unrelated, but that sounds kinda like my 2003’s early teething pains. Was solved when the dealer installed a fuel cooler. It’s a freshwater jacket or coil surrounding a few inches of the fuel line. Not sure if it’s before or after the fuel pump; I just know they installed it and my problem was solved.
