2003 22v PSS Shaft Seal Question

I believe its the original shaft seal has started to leak and more so in surfing trim. It currently doesn't have the positive water cooling barb and PYI says Tige opted not to use the water cooling option as it will get enough water to cool the seal. I've done a lot of research and the more i dig into it the more I'm unsure what type to replace it with (positive cooling barb or just standard seal no cooling barb).

Who has replaced there non barbed PSS seal and what did they go with?

Great and will do on the rudder. Did your boat have the dry seal and you replaced it with the wet barbed seal or did you already have the wet set up.
If you had the dry set up did you just tap into the raw water pump with the T-Kit set up.
