Which Cruise Control?

I am comtemplating putting in a type of cruise control this winter and was wondering which one you guys recommend. Should I buck up and spend the 1300 on the GPS from Perfect Pass? I want it because it is real hard to find the perfect setting for boarding

I have Perfect Pass Stargazer and love it. It maintains your set speed + - 1/10 to 2/10. It has been flawless and is very easy to
operaterate.
From what I hear Zero off is great also.

i guess my next question is... how hard is the install? Do I have to drill the hull? Cause that would make me not want to get it.

Nope, its GPS, so no paddlewheel. The hardest part is running wires into the engine compartment. Everything else will be swapping out the guages, mounting the box and hooking up the throttle linkage.
