Bulge pump questions - Dual Bilge ZX1

Hi all,

There appear to be 2 bilge pumps in my ZX1. Appears to be one that is midship area under the in floor garbage can, and one in the rear by the engine. Yesterday when we were on the lake there was a pretty good downpour for a while and I was expecting that at least one of the bilges would get triggered. Not sure that they did. Kinda felt like the front of the boat was riding a bit lower than normal yesterday after the rain.

I decided to test the bilge pumps by turning on the switches when I got home, but I only heard the single bulge pump engage back by the engine. The bilge in the mid area between the tank pumps and gas tank doesn’t turn on with the switch. Is this normal?

This is an old post, but I have found the same to be true. Curious to know if it's a fuse, or faulty pump....I will be checking that this spring.

Let me know if you had discovered anything.
