    Accessory Lights

2008 RZ2: What switch should operate the light in the rear locker and also the transom light under the platform? Neither of them have ever worked since I bought the boat and the switch labeled "docking light" does nothing.
If I'm not surfing, I'm making money to surf.

On my '07 Ve the transom light under the platform is the ACC switch. I had to replace the bulb prior to getting it to work. Also, it needs to be water cooled so you don't want it on very long out of water. Unless you have the newer LED one. IIRC, the courtesy lights get teh lights in the lockers as well. One of my locker lights didn't work because it was unplugged. Once I plugged it in it was all good.

The light in the locker is on the courtesy light circuit. The transom light is wired to the accessory switch, problem is that they get we and the bulb cracks (it is a 12volt mr16 bulb, available at Walmart for under $5). The docking light switch runs the lights in the bow ("headlights" as some call them) they are the same bulb as the transom light.
