EDIT it is Relay Digital Electronic Contorl Center II by Advanced Switching Devices

the "electrical box" under the dash screwed on the wall in the front of drivers legs,

does anyone know more details, where to get spare part?
any general purpose marine parts available or is it manufactured by Tige?

Troubleshooting tips?

I belive there is problem which cause the dash to "die" after
half an hour drive.

Any pictures of the 'box'? What colors/#'s of wires going in/out?

Check all your ground wires.

12V and ground. 9 outputs all orange (12V I guess).
4 inputs green,pink(red), black , grey.

manufacturer may be EMI?

according to Tige not available anymore(as somebody wrote in this forum too)
for replacement they offer conversion kit + new rocker swicthes 726USD, nice.
where to get schematics, should build my own.

Mine on my RZ4 went out a few weekends ago. I had absolutely power to the dash...fuel, temp, oil level, depth, speed set, etc. Fortunately it was under warranty and only cost me $60.00 in labor. The most expensive part was having to to it down to the dealership and than back to our house at the river.

My box had one large plug with multiple wires that plugged into the box. Replacement consisted of removing the single plug, removing the old box, putting the new box into place and plugging it back in.
