Battery voltage dropping while boat running

Thought I had a bad battery as I was out on the lake for the first time this year (been way too busy) and after no issues all day the motor would not turn over. Got back, had it checked, turned out the battery was good and held a charge. Took it out this past week and as we cruised I watched the battery voltage drop from 12 to 11.4. Sounds like an alternator but the deep cell battery appears to be charged just fine. Wanted to check if anyone else has had, heard of, or has suggestions about this issue. 2009 22Ve. Thanks!

With some help from Dom Forte I traced out the wiring from the isolator to the alternator and the batteries. Turns out the isolator lead to the starter battery was never reconnected after some service was performed. Pays to check the easy things first, pays to talk with people who know what is going on.

Bet it's good to get back on the water! Sometimes calling the dealer or company is the best thing.
