Hey gang, Just starting last weekend the home screen keeps shutting down while on the water. It worked fine for about the first 30 minutes, then in the middle of surfing or tubing it just turns off. The stereo shuts off as well when this happens, however, the I can still drive the boat as the engine or throttle don't seem to be affected. I can wait a couple minutes and press the blue lit button to restart the screen, at which point it will restart and come back on for sometimes 4 - 5 minutes, and sometimes just 30 seconds before shutting off again. While the screen is off I can't drain ballasts or stay in surf mode, or really much of anything.
It's under warranty, so a technician came out on Saturday and said it was a Home Screen Power Harness issue. He replaced it Saturday morning and did a software update at the same time. I took the boat out with the kids on Sunday and the same issue started up again. The first 30 minutes were ok, then it started shutting down over and over again. Super frustrating to say the least! Thoughts??
