2000 21V Riders Wiring Diagram

Just purchased a 2000 21v, and the wiring on this thing has been mutilated. Some guys shouldn't even own a tool box, let alone try to repair a boat.
I know the forum used to have diagrams for the 20v, but I can't find them anywhere. They are in the search, but looks like the downloads section has since been taken down.
