Where is USB port for 2011 RZ4 Viper update?

I’m asking where to look for the USB port it wants me to use in order to update the Viper program. It says to down load viper app onto a Memory stick and insert into the boats usb hub. Is this the proper way to do this and if so where do I find the hub. The owner’s manual does not address this.

If I recall its under the helm near the steering rack attached to the fiberglass.
