I am trying to locate the mp3/auxiliary wire located under the dash of a 2007 20V. I know that I saw it when I first purchased, but I cannot locate it now. Any pics/info would be great!!!

?
What is the easiest way to access this? i also have a 2007 20v with a cmd4 head unit. Only way i can see the back of the head unit is by sticking my head upside down and looking up to the head unit. Is there any way to access this through the bow? I saw an access panel that seems the best way, but I have never tried it.

If your boat doesnt have the Ipod interface option installed, then fallow what Brett posted. If you have the factory or dealer installed Ipod interface, it could be 1 of 3 things you need to look for. 1st could be the simple Ipod adapter that accepts the double-ended 3.5mm headphone cable. This could be mounted in the glove box or in the dash on the drivers helm. 2nd would be the CCA-Ipod, it has a plug on the end that plugs into the end of the Ipod, same place the data cable does. Again, this could be located on either the driver's or passenger's side, but may not be mounted, so you will have to just look for the cable end. 3rd would be a simple cable with RCA's plugged into the back of the H/U and a 3.5mm headphone plug on the other. It could be on either side as well.Originally posted by grogmc View PostI am trying to locate the mp3/auxiliary wire located under the dash of a 2007 20V. If you climb into the storage are, look for either something in the H/U's Cnet socket or RCA's plugged into the H/U's AUX RCA's.
Climb in feet first. No access from the bow on the 20V.Originally posted by wannab0133 View PostWhat is the easiest way to access this? i also have a 2007 20v with a cmd4 head unit.
