    Electrical problem

Suffered electrical problem this past weekend. Prior weekend all worked great and running green. Boat started right up and ran great but no CD or amps or accesories like blower, bilge etc. Voltage reading via instrumant panel was 12V only.

Called dealer and he suggests charging fresh and seeing what happens. He indicates batteries can die in 1-2 yrs although with my other Formula had original batteries after 5 yrs. Boat is 2007 22 Ve but still under warranty as new boat. Has factory dual battery with std wet cranking and deep cycle. Any ideas? I am basic Boat DIYer. JB

As noted in a couple of other threads, the most common mistake is either a ground wire or positive wire that ties the EIDB system together. The items you mentioned, that are not working, are powered off the ACC battery. The easiest thing to do is just feel around back behind the batteries and look for any battery cable ends that are not connected.
