I have never really like Apple but too a chance on the Touch. I am very, very impressed with what they have and how easy the menu system was.. Easier than Microsofts for sure. And I have WM 6.1 OS on my phone...

My second Ipod has now busted!!!!!!!!!!

At Lake Mead yesterday my backup 20 GB Ipod stopped working and gave me the frowny face. It has done this once before and a new battery got it up and working again.

I have just had bad luck with these things and am very disappointed from a reliability standpoint. Maybe one without moving parts will be better. I will probably go with the 8GB nano this time. Won't fit everything, but will have enough.

So another one will be going to TeamAllen's house soon.

I wonder if the heat got to it. I keep it on the dashboard and some of the time it is not covered by the bimini. The last one broke very similarly.
            Be excellent to one another.

My 80 GB kept locking up and I would have to reset it from all the hard waves. I bought the 8 GB and have had no problems so far....

My 32GB touch has been fine in the glovebox. My buddy's Stilleto would overheat at least once an hour.

A silicone like grip case, is a very good idea for the boat. Marware cases are more rugged designed.

Bought the 8gb today at Costco for 189.99. Needed it for tomorrow night to entertain the youth in my local church. Wouldn't be a good time if I couldn't play a few farting noises for them.

I wish it would just reset. I can't restore it either because the computer won't recognize it. I worry it is hosed.

I have a very similar case for the full size Ipod. I think it is priceless because of the way it sticks to the dash board and will not slide off.

I use these on my iphone, but for the boat, the silicone offers much better protection. The invisishield only protects against scratches.
