Clarion CMd4 vs CMD5

Does anyone know the key differences between the Clarion CMD4 HU and the CMD5 unit. My 07 20V has a CMD4 and it has been indicated to me that 2007 20V's also had Clarion CMD5 HU so I am interested in what the feature difference may be. The CMD4 sounds bitchin with the on-board Kickers, a Kicker sub with WS Pro-60's on tower.

The main diff I found is the CMD5 has Blue-Tooth.

I think the main difference is that the CMD5 plays MP3s.
