    Stereo Install - Wetsounds

Well as most of you know I sunk my first 20V...

Well - I'm getting another 20V... Only this time it's going to have some serious sound behind it... I was going to go with the 22Ve but it's a long story...

Anyhow going with the smaller boat has freed up some cash to go all Wetsounds on your A$$es...

1 pair of Pro 60's on the tower, 3 pairs (for a total of 6) XS-650's in the boat, and a XS-12 subwoofer underneath the steering wheel... Rockford Fosgate Amps driving the entire system with an extra battery, and a Sony Head Unit with XM and IPod input. TigeAZ is doing the install for me... Transom remote control and drivers remote. Of course I'll take pictures when I get it...

Sounds like things are working out in your favor except for being out a boat for 2 monthes and the hassle.

Got a little sneak peak at the boat today... See my heartbroken thread for a couple more pix...

It was really dark so I couldn't see the amps very good... I stuck the camera in and got a decent picture but not great... I don't think the amps have the covers on them. It's not totally finished yet so I didn't get a chance to hear it yet...

I'll post better pictures when I pick it up.

Anyone have experience using the Sony transom remotes? The dealer tells me that this one won't last very long because there's not a lot of room on the 20V for it to go and it gets a little too wet...

That remote is completely submersible. I would not worry about it at all.
              It's not an optical illusion.
              It just looks like one.....

What kind of amp are you using? What kind of full setup do you have? I.E. What kind/how many other speakers are you running?

I was wondering if I was going to have enough power to add another pair of Pro 60's or possibly a pair of MB 80's... I can't remember which amps/how much power I have to spare...

Will two batteries run 3 amps?

                  Thanks in advance....
