Looking for a new remote

Well my transom remote is shot, so im looking for a new one. I know Clarion is real specific about what remotes to use. I have a M201RCS, does anyone know the replacement for this or have one they are willing to give up? Ive got a XMD2

I have two extra's but I do not know what they are. One of them, the backlight does not work. They go to the XMD3

Nope, I do not have that one. Mine are the oval one's, sorry.

The P/N on mine is M202RC-RET.

I don't know, if you have one dying maybe I need to hold on to them.

Maybe dying isn't the best word. The next track button has to be pressed really hard to work. Everything else is fine.

the boatersworld says you can use the M102RCW-R and you can buy those remotes from the first link.


Best of luck. I had a real hard time finding stuff for these models year and a half ago due to them being discontinued. Hope you find them.

Thanks Dom, I saw that first link before but wasnt sure if it was the right one becuase they display looked different.
The manual also says you can use the M101RCS, but neither the 101 or 102 have a display, but if all the buttons work we might have to settle for that.

yeah best of luck, but honestly you might look at what a new HU with remotes will run you. I mean at 120 a pop, it adds up quick, maybe a package deal can be found.

No.. Thanks anyway. Thats the only older model I can find and Ive read it doesnt work.
