Bluetooth connected but no sound

2013 Tige Z1, connects to Bluetooth but no sound coming thru. Tested with 3 phones. All connect to Tige touch no problem. Tuner radio works fine so sound coming from speakers. Volume turned up on phones. Phone pairs with other wireless speakers and play no problem. Everything works but this Bluetooth issue. Anyone have any input on what I can try? Thanks in advance.

Ended up getting a external Bluetooth FM transmitter off Amazon. Works great and it's a work around for now.

Can anyone tell me where the Bluetooth module is on my 2013 Z1? I want to see if there is a loose connection.
