My 60 amp blue sea fuse/bus popped. It was the stock fuse located next to the batteries that powered a syn-6 through 4 awg wire. I have replaced the 4 awg with 1/0 and added a syn-4 to power 1 set of rev 10s. I also replaced the 10 FA with a ported xx12 bridged on chanel 5 and 6 on the syn-6.
Can I up my protection device to 75, 80 or even 100 amps now that i am runing 1/0 wire? The only thing protected by this fuse is the 1/0 trunk line for the amplifiers. The amplifiers have their own fuses built in.
