So my brother finished installing 4/5 of the amps in his boat. As of right now only 1 of them is working. The other 3 blink 8 times and shut off. It is the green light blinking 8 times before turning off. There is no WS code I can find for 8 green blinks. Remote turn on wire is wired to a relay and then the amps. Amps are wired to a battery that is about 18 inches away. Any idea what the problem might be?

Charge the battery. Get another one. They need more juice.Originally posted by Bruizza View PostSo my brother finished installing 4/5 of the amps in his boat. Im on board with this. Take the relay out of the loop and see if you can get each amp to turn on individually. If so, then you know the amps work and the remote turn-on circuit is not sufficient. Where is the relay terminal 30 getting its B+ from?Originally posted by 91Terminator View PostWell then maybe it has something to do with the relay on the remote turn on.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

A little more background info. He had just daisy chained the remote turn ons off the factory installed syn 4 (only amp working still). The other Amos wouldn't turn on. He figured this might be an issue so he then used the relay. They now blink 8 times and turn off.
The boat is at the shop right now for the 25 hour service. I asked them to hook the stereo batteries up to their charger just to make sure they are fully charged.
Waiting on my bro to get back to me on where the relay is getting the B+ from.

Ok, then try this. Disconnect the batteries to the amps so they do a hard reset. Then see what they do. If the problem is still present, then try turning each one on individually and confirm its operation.Originally posted by Bruizza View PostA little more background info.
