2013 Z1 w/ Wet Sounds - No Sound from Tower Speakers

I get so sound from my tower speakers. I have the stock Wet Sounds amps. The bottom one is not getting power. I checked the fuses on the amp and they are all ok. I would think there should be another one for the battery. Does anyone know where it is located?

So there so not green or blue normal power light illuminated on the amp? And you have measured for voltage across the main power cables and again across the main amp ground and small turn-on terminal and determined there is no voltage on the positive amp cable?

There should be an inline fuse holder close to the batteries. One for each amp.
