Any know what program to there is available to edit home videos. My seven year old is starting to ride and I have been capturing digital videos and want to be able to edit and add music to them!

What computer system are you using? If you're a Mac person, iMovie and iDVD are great programs for creating and editing home movies. I use them on all my kids' recital/performance videos and have had pretty decent success.

        Not that unfortunate.

Windows movie maker is the MS equivalent of iMovie.

For something very nice and not very expensive, you can buy Adobe Premier Elements for under $100.

Well, Adobe Premier would be very nice but free is the best. Windows Movie is very, very basic where Adobe Premier probably has a few more extras in it.

I use Windows Movie since I am a cheap person.

da.bell, I am trying to put together a collection of videos from my digital camera. I am wondering if you can help me with a question. The files off my camera are Quicktime files and they won't import into Movie Maker, wondering if you have experienced this and any suggestions!

              Thanks,
