Ok, here's a two new ones to me.

Gin and Guava. Guy made that as a martini and vodka + the guava alcohol as a shot at someone's birthday party.

Well I don't like gin, but the guava masked it pretty good. Not sure what proof it was, but as a martini it still gets the job done.
