I also have a 2005 Stingray 220SX, (the one that almost sank Saturday) that is good for almost 65 mph, 4 old outboard woodie boats, and a '57 model Lone Star fiberglass boat I have no idea what to do with....Originally posted by Fit to be Tige View PostYeah, you shared a pic of your sailboat... and your girlfriend. Both were very nice.
that and about 40 old outboard motors...
No dogs, no cats...It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....

There is a quick disconnect on a cooling hose that comes off of the bottom of the water jacket on the starboard exhaust manifold. Somehow it came loose Saturday... fortunately it is on the discharge side, adn the motor was not overheating. Still, it was pumping TONS of water into the boat...Originally posted by Fit to be Tige View PostThat's plenty to keep you busy. Did you post something about your boat almost sinking? What happend?
If I were to guess, several hundred gallons....It's not an optical illusion.

The cool thing was, whatever happened, the boat decided it could run stronger than usual.
I have never seen RPM above 4800 but Saturday it was making 5200, and was really flying. I wish I had been running my 21P prop instead of my 19P. Might have seen 70....It's not an optical illusion.
