There is a quick disconnect on a cooling hose that comes off of the bottom of the water jacket on the starboard exhaust manifold. Somehow it came loose Saturday... fortunately it is on the discharge side, adn the motor was not overheating. The cool thing was, whatever happened, the boat decided it could run stronger than usual.
I have never seen RPM above 4800 but Saturday it was making 5200, and was really flying. I wish I had been running my 21P prop instead of my 19P. Might have seen 70....It's not an optical illusion.
