        anyhoo...

        picked up the bimini top last night from the shipper. packaging was a wreck, but luckily the top appeared OK. They did send me nylon fittings where I paid for SS.

          Their customer service pre-sale was wonderful..... will see what it is like post-sale. Always interesting to see the difference between the two.

                You should definately go for it. I was kidding about the mpg's, i was trying to make youy feel better about it lol. I think you will be very happy with the added space you will get and there will be no trouble at all hauling your tige. I actually prefered hauling boats at the marina with our tahoe versus a pickup becasue of the nicer ride. They newer style burbans are really nice as well.

                        I have an 02 8.1L Burban that tows like a dream, but chuggs gas.........I mean chuggs it! It costs me more to tow my boat around than to drive the boat........oh well.

                        I would trade my Tahoe in on this new Burban, I love the body style, but am struggling with the moral issue of driving a Burban around by myself 90% in this environment.....
