yum....pizza is good

I made some little pizzas last night from these thin whole-grain wheat wraps called flat-outs. Virtually no calories in them. Toast 'em in teh oven for a little while with the pizza sauce on it to drive out some of the moisture, then top and bake some more until cheese is melted.

The veggie one I made, (onion, bell pepper, squash, and asparagus) added up to like only three Weight-Watchers points.

The other one with turkey pepperoni is something like only 5 points.

I shared half each with GF along with a spinach salad.

BTW, eating like that has me weighing in under 220 in the mornings, down from 245 on or about Jan 1 of this year....

Nice Phil, we actually bought the same wraps last week. If you put them on the grill they crisp up real nicely.
