That would be the best deal IMO. We keep the boat in the carport a lot but I am also thinking this supper about keeping it out so I don't have to alway raise and lower the fricking tower all the time..... It can be done with one person but it's a PITA to have to do it all the time....

yea thats why there is a concrete pad just to the right of the carport. this house is perfect for my needs and it passed inspection
