that's what I thought until I had to tear down a 100ft section of fence b/c it was too high...... just check bro, you will be sorry if you don't

no not that easy. Any fence that faces a road (which I didn't know b/c I didn't check my code) cannot be higher than 4ft. This meant that I had to cut my boards, 4x4's, and bring my cross beams down.
