Because it was the add car and I was going to make them sell it to me at there advertised price with no conditions. They kept trying to add various items, lie, mislead etc. What should have been 1 hour at most took forever. they advertise price, I called before I drove there and asked if they took credit cards and checks, they said yes, I said no hidden add-ons , they said no. I went there drove car, said ok tell me what add price t&l is and i will write check, they said no, its 3000 more because you need to buy alarm, extended warranty free oil changes, blah blah blah

Finally I get into finance and there is a $180 charge for nitrogen in the tires. I said remove it because not disclosed in our agreed deal. Finance guy balked, I got loud again and boom it was gone

I bet it was slightly contaminated with a little O2 and a little H20 and an ever so tiny amount of CO2...

Good thing they did not pour a whole lot of dihydrogen-monoxide on it prior to giving it to you... It has a tendencey to make a real mess if you drive on dirt roads...

Another guy drove from San Diego and we were going thru the same thing. We got names of everone who left due to the sleazy practices and the different misreps which were told to them. We were not going to leave without the car. We started asking if they ever took a check and wanted to see there policy on Credit Cards because everyone was quoted varying numbers. When we signed and were ready to leave they had the nerve to ask when the Chrysler sent the survey if we would mark all excellent. Thats not going to happen but we said since the contract states if you have complaints about parts of the transaction you can report to District attorney, and dept of motor vehicles. Guy from San Diego is drafting it up and we are going to send it off

Believe it or not, tire shops are a lot nicer than we give them credit for, most of us, no I bet probably all of us have nitrogen in our tires...

dang i think I would have given up.....

I dont give up on a good deal. But this is the only car deal that has taken me more than 2 hours. When I bought my daughters 1st car in 04 it was an add car and I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. She got sideswiped on the freeway and the car was totaled. the insurance company paid me more than what i paid for the car. My daughter got a better car the 2nd time around

Its not supposed to change pressure as rapidly as air and does not allow condensation which the little paper said in the dealership. promotes even wear.

My tires on all my vehicles have exceeded the mileage stated.
