BBQ oysters are the bomb!!!!!!!!!!

I have never thrown them on the grill, although I have heard that if you crack 'em, lightly salt 'em, and then moisten them with beer on the grill that you have one heck of a treat.

How do you prepare them?

How do you prepare them?

Beer, a little lemon juice (lime works also at times to bring in a different taste), tequila, garlic, and celantro.

I will have to try the salt idea one time. Maybe this weekend.
