I hear ya. I know we all have not walked in his shoes to fully understand where he is coming from. I understand his frustration and really expected him to come back on after the first couple of bashes and apologize for the heat of the moment comments. But when it continued, oh well, you get what you deserve and in this case i felt it was more than warrented.
What i also don't get is his "you've done nothing to help ... you don't count" comments! By his own admission he'd said nothing about these issues here, so how could anybody have helped him? And he's in sales, god help his clients!
