I'll get them tomorrow. But, looking at your rack in another thread, I think it might be the same but I didn't think your racks locked on the inside of the uprights????? That is why you drilled another hole right????

The 07's they sent me DID lock on the inside, but not the outside because of the use of the crank down bolt that would secure them to the up-right when swivelled out. I had a machine shop cut a scallop in to the mount 180* opposite the other lock pin hole. this allows the racks to lock both swivelled in and out just like the 06's.

I wonder if they did yours that way.......I did send Andrew/Harvey diagrams of what it would take to solve the issue.
