It may seem a little odd, but the RipSurfer from Surfset is really more of a balance workout, similar but larger and I think better than an IndoBoard. Along with wake/water sports, our family does ALOT of Stand Up Padding (SUP), since 2009. After I am out paddling I always feel better for the next day or two, it seems to balance out my posture and just all around make me feel better. Along with purchasing the Surfset RipSurfer, I also purchased a SUP trainer from VASA and use the two together for off season training/working out. It has been great to have around this winter...granted the view is not the same indoors, nor is the fresh air, but it keeps those muscles working and I am in no means in great shape, just feel better from it. Check out the VASA trainer in the link below...combined, these do make for a challenging yet enjoyable exercise.
