Drop the 6.5 HLCD and step up to the larger 8" as opposed to adding a single pair of small coax next to a super bright 6.5" HLCD. The 8" will warm up the surf sounf, still give you the wake range and is more efficient to drive.Originally posted by halfwatt View PostBeen lookin at doin a stereo overhaul by adding some Exile surf's to my set up cuz I picked up a pair of xm7's for cheap, and they blow right by the surf zoneMikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

That's what I don't want. We spend a good part of our day, while the water is blown out, kickin it in the party cove. I'm looking for that crisp warm sound like Chp was talking about.Originally posted by halfwatt View PostBeen lookin at doin a stereo overhaul by adding some Exile surf's to my set up cuz I picked up a pair of xm7's for cheap, and they blow right by the surf zone
