I dont like sparks in the bilge I prefer to use a sealed breaker in this location. Now, if the batteries are in the forward lockers, then a regular fuse holder is OK.

Funny thing is, this my main competition that started the install.

The 12" sub is a top of the line marine brand that would like to see 500-600 watts minimum, and its getting 200W from the amp total waste of a great sub

I can't begin to tell ya how many systems I've had to go in and clean up my competition's work on a system. Thankful for the work and even more rewarding when the client goes, "I didn't know my system was capable of that!"
