It went really good, I think anyways. He said its up to HR so its out of his hands now, besides the notes he sends in on everyone. The job starts at 17.38, but he said with my experience and skills, that they could bring me in at the top operator position which is 20.87. Chances are they wont, so I'd probably decline if they send me an offer. Thats a 8.50 pay cut at the top out. 12 dollar an hour cut at the minimum wage

The guy is related to us, just kind of distant where I dont really know him. We talked about horses and he wants me to go ride his buckskin. He lives just down the street from my parents so I already knew he had a palamino and a buckskin. He wants to sell me the buckskin if I get the job and move down here But like he said, it wont really b up to him besides what he puts on the notes
