The past 3 seasons they haven't had enough applications to actually have the lottery so you were guaranteed a pass if you wanted it. Probably worth at least filling out the app.

They do let water out as the season progresses. It is drinking water for the city though and not irrigation water.

How deep is the lake? It's been 5 years since I have been there...last time I was there, we had Ch 2 news with us filming the morning show on wakesurfing!
