I guess I'm used to deep lakes but I don't care to do much of anything but idle around when I see the water level 10' or less

You wouldn't get much riding in on our river. Average depth in the middle is around 12-14' but you can't always ride in the middle as its not very wide.

My neighbor died tonight while I was out jogging. 7 houses down. He couldn't afford health insurance because he had pre-existing conditions. He was disabled and sadly a very very good man. He was also a democrat.
