    L96 has been great, it's base in the 247 and I've not heard of any issues with it.

      I plan on getting the 450hp engine in whatever boat we get next whether it is the PCM or Indmar version.

                The MXZ comes standard with the 8" R/Fs. If you get the SP-2, you get 3 pair of them - 1 in bow and 2 in main. A pair of 6.5's can be added to the walk-thru pockets.

                Last pic in post one shows the bow spot cut out for our 6.5" Kicker KM6200, but you can see that its molded for the 8".

                  They are tearing down the rearend in my truck next week for the 3rd time. I've been warned by others after a wreck it's hard to get things right...

                              Yeah, I had to cut the crap out of my boat to get the XS-650 to fit over the Kicker's. Guess I can't go back to the Kickers since the mounting hole for the WS is the same size as the screw holes for the kickers. The Kicker's have better mids IMO than the WS.
